Meet Kris
For more than thirty years, I dedicated my life to education—as a teacher, principal, professor, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. I believed in the power of learning to transform lives.
Then life invited me to learn in a way I never expected.
A diagnosis of Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) changed the course of my journey, leading me beyond conventional answers and into the worlds of sound, nature, breath, and frequency. What began as a search for my own well-being became a lifelong exploration of presence, resilience, and remembering.
Today, through JusB* and The JusB Studio*, I create experiences that invite others to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Whether through sound immersions, private sessions, retreats, teaching, or the written word, my hope is that each person leaves feeling more connected to who they have always been.
The JusB* Studio
The JusB* Studio was created for my clients and has now opened its doors to the public.
For years, this space was reserved for private sessions and those I had the privilege of walking beside on their healing journeys. Today, I invite you into the same peaceful environment where sound, breath, nature, and intuitive guidance come together to create experiences that are personal, intentional, and deeply restorative.
Whether you join me for a sound immersion, private session, retreat, intuitive guidance, or continuing education, each experience is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. There is nothing you need to prove, fix, or become. Simply arrive as you are, and together we'll create space to listen, reconnect, and remember.

The Co-Author Journey
This collaborative journey takes you from the first thoughts you place on paper through writing, editing, publication, and the celebration of becoming a Best-Selling Author. You don't need to arrive knowing how to structure a chapter or navigate the publishing world. You bring the piece of your life you are ready to share, and together we give it the time, guidance, and care it deserves while keeping your voice unmistakably yours.
I'm looking for 45 people willing to share something real, honor the journey both individually and collaboratively, and commit to the writing and editing process as we create one book together.
Over approximately six months, we'll move from discovering the heart of your chapter and developing your first draft through professional editing, final preparation, publication, and a coordinated launch on 2.22.27 with guaranteed Best-Seller status and our sights set internationally.
And then there is the possibility of something even bigger. Stop for a moment and imagine watching the story you once carried quietly become part of a Best-Selling book displayed on a billboard in Times Square, New York City. Imagine seeing that book and knowing your words helped create it while Best-Selling Author became part of your name.

From First Words to Best-Selling Author
October 1 — Story Writing Training + Zoom Call
We begin together with the tools, direction, and support to start shaping your chapter.
October 11 — Zoom Check-In
An opportunity to reconnect, ask questions, and keep your writing moving.
October 22 — First Draft Due
Your first draft of 1,500–2,500 words is submitted for content editing.
November 12 — Content Edits Returned
Your edited chapter is returned with feedback and direction for your second draft.
November 19 — Zoom Check-In
We gather again as you continue refining your chapter.
December 3 — Second Draft + Author Materials Due
Your second draft is submitted for grammar editing along with your 150-word author bio and author photo.
December 23 — Grammar Edits Returned
Your chapter comes back for your final review and preparation.
January 11 — Zoom Check-In
Our final writing-stage gathering before manuscripts are completed.
January 14 — Final Manuscript Due
Your finished chapter is submitted for publication.
January 18 — Marketing + Launch Call
We shift our collective energy toward sharing the book, preparing for launch, and creating the momentum that carries all of our stories into the world.
February 20 — Final Zoom Check-In
We gather one last time before launch.
February 22, 2027 — WE LAUNCH!
